Ella thinks she is dreaming. A handsome man standing over her couldn’t be a bad dream, right? Unfortunately, Ella is waking to a nightmare. She does not know who she is, where she is, or why. She only has a beautiful stranger to help her, and she has no choice but to trust him with her life. When pieces of her past start to come together, she is left with more questions than answers.
Denial is a spin-off from another series, but I had no idea of this while reading. It works great as a starter to Sara and Ella’s world. While the main characters, Ella and Kayden, are the obvious focus, the supporting characters are quite interesting and play well into the story. There are a lot of twists in this book, drawing readers deeper into the book and turning the page to learn more.
